The Kellogg Biological Station/Michigan State University is preparing a GIS database for a four-township area which includes the entire Augusta Creek watershed. The four townships included are Ross and Richland Townships of Kalamazoo County and Barry and Prairieville Townships of Barry County. The Augusta Creek watershed lies within Barry and Ross Townships. The data layers include information such as watershed boundary, elevation contours, land cover, National Wetlands Inventory, pre-settlement vegetation, soils, etc...
