About

The interactive workshop, Nature Journaling: Blending Art and Science, will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 23. Register at bit.ly/kbs-nature-journal2024 by Monday, May 20.

In this workshop, we’ll explore Michigan’s 10 native turtle species with a Kellogg Biological Station scientist while learning watercolor painting techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to observe live turtles and use their observations of color, shape, and texture to create their own watercolor turtle paintings.

The workshop fee is $25 for Sanctuary members and $30 for non-members.
