What to expect
Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about birding and bird species! Each month, we highlight a bird-related topic or profile birds that you can find in our southwest Michigan backyards, woods and waters during this time of year.
There is no fee for this online program but registration is required to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting. Your hosts are educators Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
Species focus
March: Bald Eagles— Michigan DNR wildlife pathologist Julie Melotti will highlight the majestic Bald Eagle, discussing its recovery and the numerous threats it still faces.
