What to expect:
On April 22, the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary will celebrate Earth Day with free admission for all visitors.
Take a nature walk! Stroll along the Paved Path, Lake Loop Trail, and Bluebird Trail to see the Sanctuary come alive with spring where you can spot waterfowl such as Trumpeter Swans and learn about Michigan’s birds.
About the Sanctuary:
The W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary’s mission is to conserve native habitats for migratory and resident birds while promoting environmental awareness through research, education, and outreach. Since 1928, the Sanctuary has served as a practical training school for animal care and land management and continues to be an innovator in wildlife conservation.
