What to expect:
Join graduate student Caleb Krueger at MSU’s Kellogg Bird Sanctuary on Saturday, June 6th for a fun, hands-on program all about Michigan turtles. Designed for upper elementary and middle school students, this 1.5-hour session includes building turtle habitats, tracking turtle movements, meeting live turtles, and exploring how scientists in the Janzen Lab study turtles and their environments. After the program, families can enjoy self-guided crafts, play, and story time in the Overlook. Registration is suggested but not required.
