FREE Manor House Tours

Enjoy a fun-filled, free day at the Kellogg Manor House and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary!

From noon to 3 p.m. The Kellogg Manor House is pleased to introduce a new offering – a grounds Historical Walking Tour.  Docents will be stationed throughout the estate where they will be providing information on the nine additional buildings on the estate, the landscaped gardens, and stories of how Mr. Kellogg and others enjoyed the beautiful grounds. This is a self-guided tour which starts at the Manor House for check in. You will be provided a map which will outline where docents are stationed. No reservations required.

NOTE: Tour includes descending stairs, walking across grassy areas, and climbing a paved incline. Restrooms are only available at the Manor House.

From 3 to 5 p.m. the Kellogg Conference Center and Manor House is hosting a free community lakeside concert featuring the Cereal City Concert Band of Battle Creek on the grounds of the Manor House Estate. Guests are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and tour the grounds before and after the concert.

Beer and wine will be for sale during the Lakeside Concert. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. admission to the Bird Sanctuary is free for all guests! Walk the main, paved path to see the waterfowl up close, are get more steps in by hiking the Lake Loop Trail.

All three events are free, and donations to the Bird Sanctuary and Manor House are appreciated.
