Seminar Program

The various seminar programs at KBS offer a variety of information on several levels.

  • Weekly Research Seminars  – offer both MSU and visiting scientists the opportunity to present research on a timely topic. Unless otherwise noted, weekly research seminars are held Friday in Stack 237 at 10:45 a.m.People Attending a Brown Bag Seminar
  • Brown Bag Seminars –  offer KBS graduate students, postdocs, staff and faculty a platform to practice presenting their material and to brainstorm new ideas. Held each Friday in fall and spring. Fall 2020 Brown Bags will begin on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Noon via Zoom.
  • Eminent Ecologist Series  – brings well-known ecologists and evolutionary biologists to KBS each summer to interact with KBS faculty, students and staff for weeklong visits.
