About

Offered by the W.K. To register, call (269) 671-2160 or write to conference@kbs.msu.edu.

A Boxwood Wreath class is set for Thursday, Nov. 18. Create a Williamsburg-style wreath using boxwood, a gorgeous, broad-leaved evergreen. The wreath can be hung for Thanksgiving and through the holiday season. All materials are included in the admission fee, and garden gloves are recommended but optional. No previous experience is necessary.

A second Boxwood Wreath class is offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1.

An Evergreen class is set for Monday, Dec. 6. Create a beautiful evergreen swag consisting of cedar, white pine, Fraser fir and concolor fir or a beautiful evergreen wreath using a mix of live, fresh evergreen branches. Both projects are easy to complete, making for a good class for beginners.

All materials are included in the admission fee, but guests should bring pruning shears and gloves.

The Kellogg Biological Station Carriage House is located at 3700 E. Gull Lake Dr., in Hickory Corners. To learn more, visit conference.kbs.msu.edu. Direct questions to the Manor House at (269) 671-2160 or conference@kbs.msu.edu.
