July-September | Online Birds and Coffee Chats

Share your latest bird sightings and learn more about some of the bird species commonly found during summer in southwest Michigan, and related topics, during monthly Birds and Coffee chats, offered by the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. All events begin at 10 a.m. on Zoom.

The basics

  • Time and dates: 10 to 11 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month
  • Location: Online
  • Audience: Adults, families
  • Fee: Free
  • Register here.

About

The July chat, set for Wednesday, July 10, will explore corvids, including American Crows, Common Ravens, and Blue Jays.

The August chat, set for Wednesday, Aug. 14, will focus on herons.

The September chat, set for Wednesday, Sept. 11, will focus on techniques for cleaning bird feeders.

Birds and Coffee chats are free and open to the public, but registration is required to access information on how to join the events.
