About

Pansies represent spring, new life, and a new season. While pansies have become standardized as a common bedding plant, there are many unique varieties that have recently been “rediscovered.” In this class, participants will create a lovely tabletop garden with pansy varieties that are not readily available at garden centers. After a few weeks of indoor enjoyment, these can be replanted in an outdoor pot, moved to a patio table or planted in the garden for further enjoyment.

The Pansy Bliss Floral Class will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 18. Cost to attend is $50 for Manor House members, and $55 for non-members. Register by March 11 to reserve your spot.

The class is led by Sherri Snyder, local artist and owner of Green Goddess Farms, and will meet in McCrary Hall, which is adjacent to the W.K. Kellogg Manor House. All supplies will be provided, and no experience is required. To register, visit bit.ly/kbs-manor-house-events.
