Guided Bird Hike

Join Sanctuary staff for a Guided Bird Hike on the grounds of the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary! Meet at the Resource Center and work on waterfowl identification and explore some of the trails looking for other bird species, while improving your bird identification skills by sight and sound.  This hike will be geared towards adults, but avid junior birders are more than welcome!

This hike will survey birds for the Great Backyard Bird Count!  This global birding event runs from February 17-20, 2023 and encourages everyone to count bird in their backyard or favorite place, submit those observations, and be a part of collecting valuable data for the protection of all birds.

Register here by Feb. 15!  Minimum of four and maximum of 20 participants.
