Event Type

  • Bird Sanctuary

Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five bird species!

This month, we will be joined by Audubon Society of Kalamazoo President Donna Keller. She’ll highlight Kalamazoo County Birding hotspots, including the Kleinstuck Preserve, Kellogg Bird Sanctuary, and Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery, and will chat about a few birds you can get out to see during spring migration.

Donna Keller began birding more than 20 years ago as a way to exercise her body and mind and to get her nature fix. A teacher by training, she enjoys leading bird walks for Audubon Society of Kalamazoo. When she’s not birding, she enjoys gardening with native plants and working in various aspects of election administration.

There is no fee for this online program but registration is required to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting.  Your hosts are educators Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary.
